PAYMENTS
We offer multiple payment methods for your purchase.

Credit Card Payments.
After completing your order, you can send us the funds using your credit card through YourPay payment engine.

PayPal Payments.
If you are registered PayPal member, you can send us the funds using your account.
Note: If you use E-Check payment from PayPal your order would not be shipped until payment clears.
Money Order / Personal Check Payments.
Send us check or money order through mail (for USA customers), international money order or use Western Union for foreign customers. Your order will be shipped after the funds are cleared.
If order is not paid within 7 days it is automatically deleted from the system

DISCLAIMER
All goods are inspected for possible defect prior to shipment then securely packed using the best materials available to us to secure, nest and separate items from one another. We assume NO LIABILITY for damage while in transit, apparent or concealed, and assume no responsibility for the carrier's handling or handling methods.
In the event of any damage or lost parcel, we will assist ONLY to the extent of filing claims for orders with paid insurance certificates. It is customers' responsibility to follow up on claims and reimbursement procedures with USPS. We do not keep insurance money, we give it to USPS, so please, do not ask us to send replacements or refund your money.

We will not and cannot assist with uninsured package claims. If you opt not to buy postal insurance while purchasing accessories you agree to wave all your rights to claim any monetary satisfaction from us if your order is lost or damaged while in transit !

Shipping charges for international shipments DO NOT include customs/ import duty taxes or VAT collected by the postal authorities of your country which vary according to the import rules and tariffs levied by your country. Please check with your country's appropriate government agency to be informed about additional import charges. GOLDWINGCHROME.COM shall not be liable for any such taxes or fees.

DOMESTIC AND CANADA SHIPPING It usually takes 1-2 business days to prepare and ship the order.

For lower 48 US states we use USPS Priority (3-4 business days) as shipping method. Shipping cost is calculated based on the order amount. (see table below}

For the rest of the US and Canada we use Global Express Air Service (4-8 business days). Shipping cost is calculated based on the order amount (see table below) plus $10.

Oversized items (saddlebag and trunk rails, trailer hitches, large spoilers etc.) are shipped by UPS Ground (3-5 business days). Additional shipping charge of $20 applied for each oversized item in the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

It usually takes 1-2 business days to prepare and ship the order.

We use USPS Global Express Air Service (4-7 business days) as shipping method. Shipping cost is calculated during check-out using USPS interface based on your Country and weight of the order. We know it is more expensive shipping method, but after having lost some shipments by USPS Air Parcel Post with no real tracking mechanism, we decided to switch to this Global Express for your and our protection.

Oversized items (saddlebag and trunk rails, trailer hitches, large spoilers etc.) are shipped by USPS Economy (4-6 weeks). No tracking number is available for this service. Additional shipping charge of $20 applied for each oversized item in the order.
